Today’s the day I'm going to take you through the 3 phases to

growing a successful and prosperous photography business. It's going to be fun!

Once I had discovered I was missing a strategy designed around me, my business and lifestyle, here’s what I found out…

The right strategy removes all the overwhelm of competing in a saturated market of photographers who don't even value their own work.

There are 3 phases to growing a successful photography business:

If you neglect any one of these, success for you will always be a struggle.

 

Step 1: Lay the foundations for success

Everything you do from this point on will determine your success. You must know and understand your perfect client, so you know exactly where to find them and what desires and problems they have. Then you'll know how to get the right message in front of them. It shows how you are different from all the other photographers out there.

99% of photographers never lay the foundations. Instead they waste a ton of money and time on dead end marketing campaigns.

 

Step 2: Your plan for attracting Clients

Your plan for getting more clients in your photography business. You do this by creating a virtually unbeatable brand that truly represents you, your business and all that you stand for. Then you simplify it with a one-page marketing plan that turn prospects into leads and clients making sure people receive the right message at the right time. This means you can build the trust and the relationship.

Doing just these two steps will stop you working with anyone who has a pulse and a wallet just to pay the bills to photographic clients who are a pleasure to work with. You'll go from competing on price in a crowded market to standing out as the photography of choice who has all the dream clients and earns great money.

 

Step Three: Strategies that grow your cash flow

Create more profit whilst working less hours. You increase the value of the clients you already have instead of only focusing on constantly chasing only new ones. You put in place systems to generate a steady flow of referrals and create partnerships with other businesses that regularly send you clients. And then you look at getting more help in your business.

So why do so many photographers struggle to support themselves and their families?

I realised that it’s because they don't know how to grow a business. They don't seek out professional guidance to help them put in place the strategies for a successful and profitable photography business. As soon as you follow these 3 steps, you will create a prosperous photography business with more ease and less overwhelm.
